What safe pennystocks brokers can you guys recommend? (Only the ones where you have actually withdrawn profits count)

Hi guys! :)
I believe this is a good question for anyone who's new, especially coming from Europe, as we can't use WeBull or Robinhood, which I believe work pretty safe under all the regulations and after I've seen so many of you guys using them (though that doesn't guarantee you were able to easily withdraw profits still).
I've been digging in some of the old posts but I am very anxious about starting an account with brokers such as:
A quick search gives me results such as:
and the list could go on and on when it comes to brokers like those. I know these sites, especially Forex Peace Army, and these are mostly real opinions and reviews from real people who were scammed.
Thing is, in the past I used to work with the Prosecutor's Office and investigators on cases of brokerage scams, and plenty of such companies (even some of these I named) were also involved at times. I am really anxious about it as I can see everywhere people writing about playing against the brokers, so your loss is their gain clearly and I know some of the victims myself, who were simply scammed and robbed off of their hard-earned money, even life savings at times.
I've been trading normal stocks through my brokerage account at my bank in Poland, but I have no idea how can I safely trade pennystocks like you guys and be sure that if I actually become successful I am not going to be denied by the brokerage company that is going to come up with hundreds of excuses, technical problems, delays, questions for documents and verification, not replying etc. in order not to let a withdrawal go through. I know this all too well.
Can you guys recommend any legitimate brokers that are regulated by SEC or other financial authorities in the US for a non-US citizen? I don't trust CySEC, ASIC etc. - these guys are paid to give out licenses to anyone who pays well, so that's not safe at all, especially CySEC. Look how proud they were of IronFX in the past.
I will really appreciate any answers I can get :)
Thanks!

Which broker should I use now in Europe for long term investment?

So I have previously used Plus500 for forex trading and Etoro for a little bit of stock trading.
I want to start regularly investing in mainly (growth-stock) mutual funds for long term (20+ years), but I don't know which app/site/broker I should use for this. Robinhood is not avaliable here, and Plus500 is charging all kinds of fees. I signed up and tried Interactive Brokers and Degiro because I read a lot about them here. Frankly, IB is a bit intimidating even after having played around with it. I also really like the simplicity of Etoro for example, but even when stock-trading there were a lot of stocks I couldn't find on there.
I guess my main concern is, I want something that 1) Is not over complicated like IB, 2) is avaliable in Europe (Hungary), 3) Doesn't have crazy fees (or maybe even no fees) for long term mutual fund investing and 4) is likely to be around in the future for long term.
I would appreciate some tips from you more experienced redditors :)

Choosing the right trading platform: do you have suggestions?

I tried Etoro, but the UI was really not that great, but it had plenty of stocks and no overnight commission, but with every withdraw comes a fee of 5$. I made constant profit until the outbreak when I practically lost all earnings. I switched to IQ Options that has a great UI and no deposit of withdraw feed if you use Skrill and I use it. It has numerous features, some of them really cool, but there is always leverage from 2x to 30x (forex) and there are always overnight commission, even if they are really low (like 0.0..%). I lost a quite a bit mainly because of coronavirus and because I'm new, but not invested that much so I'm okay, I recognise that with just some smart decisions I could've made money easily or at least lose much less. I used many training account on some trading platforms like 212trading and plus500, but they were a mix of good and bad things.
I live in Italy so not every platform is available, but what do you suggest? I see some opposite reviews for IQ options and Etoro on different problematics, but sometimes it just seems someone mad because lost a lot.
So any recommendations?

WHICH EUROPEAN BROKER?

So I'm a uni student based in the Netherlands and want to get into trading stocks, forex, crypto, etc, which stoke broker would be best?
I am currently looking at Degiro and Plus500, but Degiro seems to have absurd waiting times atm and Plus500 seems to have a bad rep... any advice?
I would be looking to invest in crypto and stocks medium to long-term and potentially day trade forex.
Anything is much appreciated!

Starting out with stocks in the UK with an average wage. Looking to play the long game.

Hi all, been lurking here for a few months but thought it was time to start being proactive and start investing in shares and stocks.
I’m in the UK (Not London) and in my early 30’s with a yearly salary of £24k. I can afford £25 - £50 a month to invest initially and keen to play the long game but don’t know where to start!
(I put £25 a month on the National Lottery and very rarely get any small winnings so I’m thinking that purchasing stocks with this money would be a better ROI)
Where would be the best place to start investing with such a low monthly amount? Would I be better to invest in UK companies or would it be better to invest in well established companies with a current low share price (I.e BT / Intu / Lloyd’s banking group etc) or would it be better to focus on commodities or Forex?
I’ve downloaded Hargreaves Lansdown however been using Plus500 demo mode for a month or so to get used to the market and basics etc.
Being realistic, I’m not assuming to become mega wealthy by any means however would be nice to make a few grand over 10 - 20 years or so to put towards the wee ones savings when she’s older.
Apologies if I’m asking questions that’s no doubt been asked before but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Platform to buy/sell stocks if based in Europe

I know, I know, there are a sh*t ton of such posts but I couldn't find a single one that isn't for Americans. Not necessarily EU stocks only. What is the best platform out there to do it?
Edit: I've heard people praise platforms such as:
Vanguard
Plus500
Forex
Fidelity
Webull
Additionally, what do you think about them?

Regulator May Ban La Liga Football Clubs’ Crypto Sponsorship Deals

Regulator May Ban La Liga Football Clubs’ Crypto Sponsorship Deals

One of Spain’s top financial regulators has warned top-tier professional football clubs in the country that their sponsorship deals – including many made with cryptocurrency-related companies – could be “toxic.”
Sports newspaper AS says it has seen a report compiled by the regulatory National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), which calls out a number of La Liga (the men's top professional football division of the Spanish football league system) clubs for possible violations. The regulator says that it could be forced to act – and “put restrictions on La Liga club advertising.”
The media report claims that two clubs, in particular, are under the spotlight – namely Real Betis, whose main shirt sponsor is easyMarkets (which offers crypto trading and crypto CFDs (contracts for differences), and Atlético Madrid, whose shirt sponsor is Plus500, another company that offers crypto trading services.
The CNMV has not singled out crypto trading platforms exclusively, but it has stated that it may look to outlaw sponsorship deals with crypto exchanges and brokerages – as well as online gambling, forex, CFD, stocks and binary options platforms.
The regulator believes that football sponsorship deals involving “complex financial products” could be considered “toxic advertising.”
A large number of La Liga teams have signed sponsorship deals with crypto firms and exchanges in recent years, and although the CNMV’s primary focus appears to be shirt sponsors, the report also makes mention of a range of sponsorship deals involving La Liga club and crypto and financial products-related companies.
Sponsorship deals have already seen La Liga players participate in advertising and marketing events for crypto and other financial services providers, with some platforms offering discounts for fans.
Meanwhile, in nearby Italy, Serie A champions Juventus have co-launched a line of Ethereum-powered digital collectibles on a blockchain platform. The collectibles have been released in conjunction with blockchain provider Sorare, which also has collaboration deals in place with the aforementioned Atlético Madrid, as well as Italy’s AS Roma and Portugal’s Porto.

Stock Simulator? Any Recommendation?

Hi!
I'm very new to the stock and forex market, but I would really like to get better and learn the basics. Currently I'm reading and taking in all I can on the subject, but would like to try it out, risk free. As I also feel that is a good way to learn. I've tried the demo mode, on Plus500, but I find it to be a bit confusing? (might just be me).
Do you guys have any recommendations?
Also, those of you who are active in the market, do you prefer to use your own bank as the broker? Or do you use an online broker?

10 million in disappears in 10 Minutes

www.trading212.com
I would like to bring to your attention our newly form concerned citizens group called the people vs Trading212. Trading212 offers a cfd product in they're trading platform that allows you to buy contracts on the cryptocurrency Bitcoin Cash. Many of us are cryptocurrency enthusiasts and joined the platform to trade these products. This weekend was a well documented launch of the bitcoin cash currency and it was also well documented that it was going to cause some disruption. I can only speak for myself by saying I found Trading212 because they had this product and set up an account. Much like the peg of the Swiss franc 2 years ago it was an opportunity trade volatility. Many of us traded all day Saturday until 7am Sunday. You per se an example of my screenshot below 6:52 am.
So at around 6:50 Trading212 halted trading on the product as the price went very hight and 90% of people were long according to data I saw. I knew trading was halted because I clicked the close all button and got an error message saying trading was halted. So I waited a few minutes clicked again still halted. I was worried for the companies ability to payout traders so I requested two 5k withdrawals out of my 10,624.82 free funds which were not tied up in any way. At this point while trading was halted Trading212 closed the 4 trades above and don’t feel obligated to pay me on the trades I was closing at the time they halted. It was the end of the asian trading session basically when I personally was finished. So now I am waiting for them to payout the 10k requested as well as 9-20k of positions above and they are declining to do this. But what is also interesting is that later in the day in my results I found records that they had come up with a settlement which you can see below:
So this sequence of events which happened to all of us goes like this:
Halt trading Consumer takes out what he can incase they go bankrupt. Then they close you're winning positions because of insufficient funds.
I think we all feel betrayed and we have lost a substantial amount of money.
Now the company will only respond to us through the chat app and basically say too bad guys.
There are tons of stories from our group which we can share with you. We want our money back and we don’t want this to happen again. Dan from flat alpha wrote a similar story about Plus500 during the Swiss franc peg.
Our question to you is can you help us stand up for ourselves and is this in violation of FSA policy.
By covering our story in the media tomorrow it will help shed light on these blackhole trading sites that make up rules to their advantage when they need them. Sadly, I think they take advantage of people everyday who want to have a crack at forex or stocks but they do not realise they are just gambling in a rigged casino and will surely lose their deposits. Our group was able trade successfully and we will not be taken advantage of and many of us believe that their may be criminal charges uncovered by decision makers at Trading212.
Just to give you an idea our group ranges from 18 year olds who lost all of their savings to experienced teams of investors. We estimate our group alone lost close to 10 million in deposits and trade revenue

Bitcoin Shares Via Plus500 app. Few Questions, Get in here!

Good evening all, a quick introduction and then ill list my questions.
So firstly, Me and a few of the lads from work all started conversing over the stock market, and how we can invest to make money long term/ short term, and all the different methods regarding it.
So we all have this app "Plus500" We started with the free play money, learnt a few things and we were away.
We moved to real money. I started with a deposit of $300.00
I made great quick returns trading forex, just buying low and selling high. But we were super interested in bitcoin. I had been doing my research for a while and i jumped on board at $4,500 mark.
Im now sitting on $3000 equity. But i dont feel safe due to the review on this app. Ive purchased a Ledger Nano S and i am hunting for a good website which i can buy myself BTC for AUSTRALIANS.
Soo questions are as followed
1) Should i cash out and use that money to buy actual BTC coinage. Or HODL due to the rate i purchased it at.
I would much rather actually own a percentage of a coin not just a share off some random app.
2) best possible , user friendly website for myself to buy BTC and other cryptocurrencies is what? (Available for Australians.)
Thanks guys,

Stocks, Foreign Exchange...without fees, margins...?

Hey guys i have question that is chasing me everywhere and i cant find way out. I have been buying stock and trying to gain money on Forex sicne some time. I used e.g. eToro, Plus500.. But the downside of all these earning money is leverages and fees. For example, Forex: 1. You buy usd/eur but leverage is attached to you by Forex broker. So if lets say pair goes down 50 pips you will margin call and your account is closed. 2. You buy stock on Plus500. Each day you have to pay premium fee for holding this stock. Question: How can i just buy online currency without any leverages and margin calls. I just want to buy online lets say USD on the money i have my own, like i buy it in brick-and-mortar banks. And sit with it. I dont care that 50 pips will go down and i am out. The same with stocks. I want to buy stocks on my money i have. ANd not to care abot daily fees. p.s. i am out of USA territory
Thanks for your attention
